Беш аз се даҳсола аст, ки дар Ҷумҳурии Тоҷикистон рӯзи 27 июн ба унвони Рӯзи Ваҳдати миллӣ таҷлил мегардад. Он барои мардуми мамлакатамон рамзи як пайкари том будани миллати тоҷик ва ҳамзистии намояндагони гурӯҳҳои этникии гуногун дониста мешавад, ки ҳар кадом ҷузъе аз ҷомеаи Тоҷикистон мебошанд.
Муруре ба пешинаи ҷомеаи мо дар даҳаи навади қарни гузашта, вазъи онро дар ҳофизаҳо ва зеҳнҳо бедор мекунад, ки дар пасманзари он моҳияти таърихии сиёсӣ, иҷтимоӣ, иқтисодӣ, маънавию фарҳангии рӯзи ба ҳам омадани фарзандони як миллат равшантару барҷастатар дарк ва ламс мегардад. Онҳо, ки муддате бо ҳам аз сари ихтилоф бархоста буданд, ба расми хирадварзӣ ва зудудану дур рехтани кинаву ситез аз дилҳояшон, манфиатҳои миллат ва давлатро болотар аз ҳар иддаои фардӣ ва гурӯҳӣ қарор доданд ва бо гирд омадан бар сари суфраи созиш, манбаи ситезпароканиҳо ва пархошҷӯиҳоро фурӯ нишонданд. Рӯзи Ваҳдати миллиро бояд нуқтаи устувори оғози таърихи навини Тоҷикистон донист, ки роҳи душворгузар ва заҳматталаби тармим, бунёд ва камол бахшидан бар пайкари захмдидаи ватани азизамон аз он неру гирифт.
Пас аз расидани Тоҷикистон ба истиқлол, ҷомеа бо бесуботии сиёсӣ ва ихтилофи мусаллаҳона миёни гурӯҳҳои гуногун рӯ ба рӯ омад. Гусастан аз зербинои иқтисодӣ ва иҷтимоии шуравӣ, ки худ як марҳалаи мураккаби таърихӣ буд ва бунёди як инфраструктураи нави давлати тоза ба истиқлолрасидаро тақозо менамуд, ҳамроҳ бо фишори рӯзафзуни ин ихтилофу бесуботӣ ва нуфузи ҷараёнҳои дохилию берунии минтақа печидатар мегардид, ҷомеаро ба ҷанги шаҳрвандӣ расонд. Миллати табиатан нарму меҳрубон ва дурандеши тоҷик рӯзҳои фоҷиабори ситезу ихтилоф ва хунрезиро аз сар гузаронд. Дар ҷомеа парокандагӣ сурат гирифт, мардум дар муқобили ҳамдигар сангар гирифтанд, ҳазорҳо нафар аз вазъи ба амал омада фирор намуда, рӯ ба он сӯи Ому бурданд ва бо сахттарин шароит сохтанд; деҳкадаҳои хайманишин ва дар канори онҳо, мазорҳои тоҷикони муҳоҷир ба вуҷуд омад. Мардуми тоҷик, ки бо муҳоҷират хӯ надошт ва миллати хонапарварда буд, дар ин давра бо имтиҳонҳои сангини зиндагӣ рӯ ба рӯ омад. Ҷомеаро руҳияи ноумедӣ фаро мегирифт. Дар чунин вазъ, ки идомаи роҳ ғуборолудаву хира менамуд, фарзандони диловар ва хирадманди миллат бо пуштикор, фидокорӣ ва ҳиммати камназир тавонистанд ин парешониро ба ваҳдат табдил бидиҳанд. Дар садри онҳо Президенти муҳтарами Ҷумҳурии Тоҷикистон Эмомалӣ Раҳмон қарор дошт, ки бо талошҳои шабонарӯзӣ, музокираҳои бисёр бо намояндагони ҷониби мухолиф, гузаштҳо ва канор гузоштани иддаову кинаҳо, саранҷом муваффақ гардид, то фарзандони як хонадон – хонадони миллат ва давлати тоҷикро бар сари суфраи оштӣ, созиш ва бахшоиш бинишонад. 27 июни соли 1997 Созишномаи умумии истиқрори сулҳ ва ризоияти миллӣ ба имзо расид. Пас аз имзои расмии ин санади сарнавиштсоз, марҳалаи дар амал пиёда сохтани он низ бо кӯшишҳо ва заҳматҳои фаровони сарвари давлат ва аҳли ҷомеа ҳамроҳ буд. Даргириҳои мусаллаҳ батадриҷ поён ёфтанд, мардуми фирорӣ ва овора марҳала ба марҳала ба ватан баргардонда шуда, вориди зиндагии осуда ва барқарор намудани хонаву рӯзгори хеш гардид. Ба қавли шоири миллат – Лоиқи зинданом:
Ҷанги бунёдсӯзи мо бигзашт,
Сулҳи бунёдкори мо омад.
Ҷомеаи ҷаҳонӣ гувоҳи як оштӣ ва мусолимати воқеии миллӣ гардид, ки Тоҷикистон ба даст овард. Таҷрибаи сулҳи тоҷикон дар сатҳи ҷаҳони муосир як падида (феномен)-и камназир ва барои бисёре аз давлатҳо ва миллатҳо омӯхтанӣ ва намуна унвон шуд.
Таҷлили ҳамасолаи Рӯзи Ваҳдати миллӣ дар ватани азизамон, ки ба муносибати он 27 июн дар тақвими расмии Тоҷикистон рӯзи истироҳат эълон гардида ва дар тӯли чанд рӯз ба сурати барномаҳо ва ҳамоишҳои гуногуни фарҳангӣ, сиёсӣ, иқтисодӣ ва иҷтимоӣ ҷараён мегирад, пеш аз ҳама, барои бедор ва дур аз ғафлат нигоҳ доштани ҳофизаи таърихии миллат ва зеҳни он муҳим аст. Он рӯзест, ки хираду дурнигарӣ ва дурандешии миллати соҳибтамаддуни тоҷик бар торикӣ ва кайди аҳриманӣ пирӯз омад ва руҳияи ваҳдату ҳамдилиро бар фазои ватан биншонд, заминаи муҳимро барои дубора сохтану обод намудани он фароҳам овард.
Имрӯз ҷомеаи миллии Тоҷикистон хонаи миллатҳои дигаре низ ҳаст, ки зодаву парвардаи ин хок ва ин замин мебошанд. Фазои осудае, ки гаштугузори амни аҳли ҷомеаро дар ҳар соате аз шабонарӯз таъмин намудааст, аз беҳтарин ва беназиртарин неъматҳоест, ки дар шароити ҷаҳони ошуфта ва ноороми муосир фароҳам аст. Ҳамзистӣ, таҳаммулпазирӣ, ҳамкорӣ ва тафоҳуме, ки миёни табақаҳои ҷомеа ва намояндагони гурӯҳҳои гуногуни этникӣ ва ақидатӣ мавҷуд аст, пеш аз ҳама, далели хиради азалӣ ва таҷрибаи таърихии мардуми тоҷик аст.

PARTICIPATION OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE NATIONAL ACADEMY OF SCIENCES OF TAJIKISTAN IN THE OPENING CEREMONY OF THE INTERNATIONAL TRAINING COURSE OF THE INTERNATIONAL ATOMIC ENERGY AGENCY (IAEA)
Today, on June 22, the International Training Course of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) commenced at the Regional Center for Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Security of the Agency for Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Security of the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan.
At the opening ceremony, the Director of the Agency for Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Security of the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan, Ilhom Mirsaidzoda, delivered the opening remarks and emphasized that the organization of such international courses is of particular importance for improving the knowledge and skills of specialists in the field of ensuring chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear security and contributes to strengthening international cooperation.
In his opening speech, the President of the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan, Academician Khushvakhtzoda Qobiljon Khushvakht, noted that the Republic of Tajikistan, under the leadership of the Founder of Peace and National Unity – Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Honourable Emomali Rahmon, pays special attention to the development of international cooperation in the field of the peaceful use of atomic energy and the strengthening of the radiological and nuclear security system.
It was noted that the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan, in cooperation with the International Atomic Energy Agency, has implemented effective measures aimed at training highly qualified specialists, developing scientific infrastructure and introducing modern technologies, and that the holding of this course is another important step towards expanding international cooperation and exchanging experience.
Representatives and specialists from a number of countries are participating in the course and, within the framework of the training programme, will discuss important issues related to chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear security, as well as ways to prevent and respond to potential threats.
Today, June 10, at the initiative of the Presidium of the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan and the Institute of Language and Literature named after Rudaki, an International Scientific and Theoretical Conference entitled “Rabia Balkhi — the First Woman Poet with a Divan in Tajik-Persian Literature” was held at the National Library of Tajikistan.
The conference was opened by Farangis Sharifzoda, Director of the Rudaki Institute of Language and Literature of the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan, who emphasized that Rabia Balkhi is one of the prominent figures of classical Tajik-Persian literature and that her works played a significant role in the formation of poetic traditions and the development of Persian-language literature.
In his opening remarks, the President of the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan, Academician Khushvakhtzoda Qobiljon Khushvakht, stated that Rabia Balkhi is one of the outstanding figures of classical Tajik-Persian literature who, through her exceptional talent, broad worldview, and remarkable literary mastery, earned a special place in the history of national culture and literature. It was emphasized that the valuable literary heritage of this distinguished poet not only reflects human feelings and thoughts but also serves as a model of aesthetic excellence, free thinking, and respect for spiritual values.
It was noted that during the years of independence, under the wise leadership of the Founder of Peace and National Unity — Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon, special attention has been devoted to the study, preservation, and promotion of the nation’s rich cultural and literary heritage, and favorable conditions have been created for comprehensive research on the works of prominent historical and literary figures.
Continuing the conference, Masrur Abdullozoda, Senior Adviser of the Assistant to the President of the Republic of Tajikistan for Social Development and Public Relations, emphasized that the literary and cultural heritage of the Tajik people is one of the most important foundations of national identity, and that the study and promotion of outstanding figures of science and literature play an effective role in strengthening national identity and the spiritual education of society.
It was noted that Rabia Balkhi, as one of the earliest representatives of Tajik-Persian literature, holds a worthy place in the history of world culture through her rich literary works and unique personality, and that a comprehensive study of her life and творчество has particular significance for a deeper understanding of the history of literature and national culture.
In her speech, the Minister of Culture of the Republic of Tajikistan, Matlubakhon Sattoriyon, noted that Rabia Balkhi is among the literary geniuses and enduring figures of Persian-speaking civilization, and that her name, as the first woman poet with a divan in Tajik-Persian literature, has been inscribed in history in golden letters. It was emphasized that the surviving works of this talented poet are outstanding examples of literary culture and reflect the status and role of women in the cultural society of that era.
It was further stated that during the years of independence, with the continuous support of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and the special attention of the Leader of the Nation, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon, special importance has been attached to the preservation, study, and promotion of the nation’s historical and cultural heritage. It was noted that honoring the life and works of great cultural figures, including Rabia Balkhi, contributes to strengthening national identity, enhancing cultural awareness, and educating the younger generation in the spirit of respect for national values.
During the continuation of the conference, scholars and researchers from within the country and abroad delivered presentations, emphasizing that Rabia Balkhi is among the earliest shining stars of Persian-Tajik literature and that her literary works played an important role in the formation of classical literature and the development of Persian literary traditions. It was noted that the works of this gifted poet are filled with love, purity, loyalty, free thinking, and lofty human values, and continue to retain their scholarly and literary significance to this day.
It was emphasized that an in-depth study of the life and creative activity of Rabia Balkhi is of particular importance for a better understanding of the early stages of the formation of Persian-Tajik literature and for determining the place of women in the history of the region’s culture and civilization. In this context, the literary heritage of Rabia Balkhi constitutes an important part of the cultural treasury of Persian-speaking peoples, and its broader international promotion will contribute to strengthening cultural ties and expanding scientific cooperation.
MEETING OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE NATIONAL ACADEMY OF SCIENCES OF TAJIKISTAN WITH REPRESENTATIVES OF THE INTERNATIONAL ATOMIC ENERGY AGENCY (IAEA)
Today, June 5 a meeting was held at the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan between the President of the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan, Academician Khushvakhtzoda Qobiljon Khushvakht, and a delegation of representatives of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) led by Ms. Steyskal Sandra Marie.
During the meeting, the parties discussed issues of scientific and technical cooperation and exchanged views on the implementation of joint projects aimed at advancing scientific research in the fields of water resources and glaciers. They also discussed the expansion of cooperation in the application of nuclear technologies to address environmental challenges, manage water resources, and study climate change.
Particular attention was paid to the issue of equipping the country’s cancer centers with modern diagnostic and treatment equipment. The parties highly appreciated the opportunities for attracting technical support from the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) in this area.
The President of the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan, Academician Khushvakhtzoda Qobiljon Khushvakht, expressed satisfaction with the level of cooperation between Tajikistan and the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) and emphasized that the further development of scientific cooperation and the implementation of joint projects would contribute to strengthening the country’s research capacity and addressing important socio-economic issues.

A MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING WAS SIGNED BETWEEN THE NATIONAL ACADEMY OF SCIENCES OF TAJIKISTAN, THE COMMITTEE OF EMERGENCY SITUATIONS AND CIVIL DEFENSE UNDER THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF TAJIKISTAN, AND THE XINJIANG INSTITUTE OF ECOLOGY AND GEOGRAPH
Today, May 25, prior to the Forum “Water and Climate Risks: Science, Monitoring and Management” dedicated to the 115th anniversary of Lake Sarez, which was held at the National Library of Tajikistan within the framework of the Fourth High-Level International Conference on the International Decade for Action “Water for Sustainable Development, 2018–2028,” a Memorandum of Understanding on scientific and technical cooperation was signed between the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan, the Committee of Emergency Situations and Civil Defense under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, and the Xinjiang Institute of Ecology and Geography of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.
The signing ceremony of the Memorandum was attended by the President of the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan, Academician Khushvakhtzoda Qobiljon Khushvakht, the Chairman of the Committee of Emergency Situations and Civil Defense under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, Rajabali Rahmonali, and the Director of the Xinjiang Institute of Ecology and Geography of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Zhang Yaoming.
It should be noted that this agreement was developed with the aim of strengthening bilateral cooperation in the field of scientific research, the study of natural disasters, and the implementation of modern technologies for the prevention and elimination of emergency situations.
Within the framework of this memorandum, the parties decided to expand cooperation in important scientific and technical areas. In particular, the study of natural disasters such as mudflows, avalanches, floods, and other emergency situations, the study of glaciers and hydrological processes, as well as the impact of climate change on the environment, are considered the main areas of cooperation.
At the same time, within the framework of this cooperation, special attention will be paid to the development and implementation of modern monitoring and early warning systems, and the parties will take initiatives to exchange experience and use innovative technologies.
Another important aspect of the document is the training and professional development of scientific and technical personnel. In this regard, seminars, training sessions, scientific conferences, and the implementation of joint research projects are envisaged.It was emphasized that the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding creates a favorable basis for strengthening scientific ties between Tajikistan and China, developing joint research, and enhancing scientific and technical capacity in the field of prevention and management of natural disasters.
The parties expressed confidence that the practical implementation of this document will contribute to the expansion of mutually beneficial cooperation and the achievement of significant results in the fields of science and environmental security.

今天,5月25日,在“水与气候风险:科学、监测与管理”论坛举行之前,为纪念萨雷兹湖成立115周年,并作为“2018—2028年水促进可持续发展国际行动十年”第四届高级别国际会议框架内的活动,该论坛在塔吉克斯坦国家图书馆举行。期间,塔吉克斯坦国家科学院、塔吉克斯坦共和国政府紧急情况与民防委员会以及中国科学院新疆生态与地理研究所签署了关于科技合作的谅解备忘录。
出席备忘录签署仪式的有塔吉克斯坦国家科学院院长、院士胡什瓦赫特佐达·科比尔琼·胡什瓦赫特,塔吉克斯坦共和国政府紧急情况与民防委员会主席拉贾巴利·拉赫莫纳利,以及中国科学院新疆生态与地理研究所所长张耀明。
应当指出,该协议旨在加强双方在科学研究、自然灾害研究以及在预防和消除紧急情况领域应用现代技术方面的合作。
根据该备忘录,双方决定在重要科技领域扩大合作。特别是,对泥石流、雪崩、洪水及其他紧急情况等自然灾害的研究,对冰川和水文过程的研究,以及气候变化对环境影响的研究,被视为双方合作的主要方向。
同时,在此次合作框架内,双方将特别关注现代监测和预警系统的开发与实施,并将推动经验交流和新技术的应用。
该文件的另一个重要内容是科学和技术人才的培养与能力提升。为此,双方计划举办研讨会、培训课程、科学会议,并实施联合科研项目。

THE CONTRIBUTION OF SCIENCE TO THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE INTERNATIONAL INITIATIVES OF THE REPUBLIC OF TAJIKISTAN
Today, on May 12, a scientific and theoretical conference entitled “The Contribution of Science to the Implementation of the International Initiatives of the Republic of Tajikistan” was held in the hall of the Presidium of the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan, dedicated to the Fourth High-Level International Conference on the International Decade for Action “Water for Sustainable Development, 2018–2028”.
In his opening remarks, the President of the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan, Academician Khushvakhtzoda Qobiljon Khushvakht, stated that the Founder of Peace and National Unity – Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Honourable Emomali Rahmon, has been recognized internationally as an initiator of humanitarian and integrative ideas related to water, climate, and environmental protection issues.
It was emphasized that since the early 2000s, the initiatives of the Leader of the Nation, Honourable Emomali Rahmon, entitled “International Year of Freshwater” (2003), “International Decade for Action ‘Water for Life’” (2005–2015), “International Year of Water Cooperation” (2013), “International Decade for Action ‘Water for Sustainable Development’” (2018–2028), “International Year of Glaciers’ Preservation” (2025), “Decade of Action for Cryospheric Sciences” (2025–2034), “Strengthening Cooperation on Water Resources and Climate Change for Sustainable Development in the Asia-Pacific Region” (2025), and “Preservation of Glaciers and the Cryosphere, Especially in Mountainous Regions” (2025) have all been endorsed by the international community.
It was noted that one of the unique initiatives of the Government of Tajikistan aimed at implementing the timely and significant initiatives of the Leader of the Nation, Honourable Emomali Rahmon, and creating a platform for political dialogue, partnership, and action in the field of water resources and sustainable development, is the Dushanbe Water Process. Within the framework of this process, the Government of the country, in cooperation with the United Nations, organizes high-level international conferences every two years to ensure the practical implementation of the key objectives of the International Decade for Action “Water for Sustainable Development, 2018–2028”.
It was mentioned that within the framework of the Dushanbe Water Process platform, three high-level international conferences (held in 2018, 2022, and 2024), as well as the United Nations Water Conference in 2023, have already taken place. Currently, preparations are underway in the country, particularly in the city of Dushanbe, for the Fourth High-Level International Conference, which will be held on May 25–28, 2026.
It was stated that within the framework of the first high-level international conference, which marked the beginning of the implementation of the goals of the International Decade for Action “Water for Sustainable Development, 2018–2028”, six side events were organized, creating favorable conditions for broad discussions on water-related issues and the priority themes of the conference. At the conclusion of the conference, three important and timely documents were adopted – the Co-Chairs’ Summary, the Final Declaration, and the Call for Action and Partnership. The Final Declaration of the first conference reflected important conclusions and recommendations and called upon member states and other stakeholders to invest in the water sector, strengthen the efficient use of water resources, eliminate inequalities in the sector, and ensure universal access to safe drinking water and sanitation.
It was also noted that the second high-level international conference was held under the title “Promoting Action and Partnership on Water Resources at the Local, National, Regional, and Global Levels” and created new opportunities and conditions for bringing together political leaders and sectoral experts in water resource management to discuss existing challenges and ways to address them. Its main objective was to identify key issues related to water resource management, develop strategies to improve access to drinking water, and strengthen cooperation among governments, organizations, stakeholders, and civil society to ensure sustainable development. Within its framework, ways to encourage public participation in decision-making processes at various levels were also discussed.
Continuing the conference, the Director of the Institute of Water Problems, Hydropower and Ecology of the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan, Gulahmadzoda Aminjon Abdujabbor, representatives of ministries and agencies, scientists, and researchers delivered reports on pressing issues related to the water sector, climate change, glacier preservation, and the role of science in implementing the international initiatives of the Republic of Tajikistan. They also exchanged views on ways to strengthen scientific cooperation and expand research in the field of sustainable development.
Today, on May 6 in the hall of Kulob State University named after Abuabdullohi Rudaki, at the initiative of the Khatlon Scientific Center of the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan, an international conference entitled “The Role of Botanical Institutions in the Conservation of Biodiversity” was held, dedicated to the 35th anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan and the 40th anniversary of the Kulob Botanical Garden named after Tillo Boboev.
The conference was attended by the President of the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan, Academician Khushvakhtzoda Qobiljon Khushvakht, a representative of the executive body of state authority of the city of Kulob, the Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs of Kulob State University named after Abuabdullohi Rudaki, as well as scientists and researchers from within the country and abroad.
In his opening speech, the President of the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan, Academician Khushvakhtzoda Qobiljon Khushvakht, noted that in the context of climate change and the increasing impact of anthropogenic factors, the conservation and rational use of natural resources, including biodiversity, has become one of the key issues of modern science. It was emphasized that botanical institutions, as important scientific-theoretical and practical centers, play a significant role in the study, conservation, restoration, and enrichment of plant diversity.
It was noted that botanical gardens serve not only as scientific bases but also as educational and awareness centers for enhancing public knowledge and environmental awareness. In this regard, strengthening international cooperation, implementing modern technologies, and involving young specialists in scientific activities are considered priority areas.
It was stated that the state policy of the Republic of Tajikistan, under the leadership of the Founder of Peace and National Unity — Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Honourable Emomali Rahmon, pays special attention to environmental protection and the sustainable use of natural resources, creating favorable conditions for the development of natural sciences and the expansion of scientific institutions.
Subsequently, Corresponding Member of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tajikistan Saidov Abdusattor and other scientists and researchers, in their speeches, paid special attention to key issues in the development of botanical sciences and biodiversity conservation. It was noted that in-depth study of floristic resources, identification of rare and endangered species, as well as the development of effective mechanisms for their protection, are among the primary tasks of scientific institutions.
At the same time, participants emphasized that in the context of globalization and rapid climate change, the need to strengthen research activities, introduce innovative methods, and use modern technologies in environmental protection is steadily increasing. In this regard, the expansion of scientific cooperation with leading international centers and the implementation of joint programs for ecosystem conservation were recognized as important.
#Symposium. “THE SAMPLE OF TAJIK LITERATURE” – A HISTORICAL AND CULTURAL PHENOMENON IN THE CIVILIZATION OF THE PEOPLES OF CENTRAL ASIA
Today, April 24, the International Scientific Symposium titled “The Sample of Tajik Literature” – a historical and cultural phenomenon in the civilization of the peoples of Central Asia” was held in the hall of the Presidium of the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan. The event was dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the creation and publication of the historical-literary work “The Sample of Tajik Literature” by the founder of modern Tajik literature, Ustod Sadriddin Ayni.
At the symposium, the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tajikistan, Dilrabo Mansuri, delivered a speech emphasizing that this work, as a unique historical and cultural phenomenon, reflects the rich literary heritage of the Tajik people and has played a significant role in the development of national self-awareness and the strengthening of cultural identity. It was noted that “The Sample of Tajik Literature” is not only a collection of literary works but also an important scientific source for studying the history of literature, language, and culture of the peoples of Central Asia. The work was created under complex historical conditions and laid a solid foundation for the revival of national values and the presentation of Tajik literary heritage on the international stage.
The President of the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan, Academician Khushvakhtzoda Qobiljon Khushvakht, in his opening speech that Sadriddin Ayni’s work “The Sample of Tajik Literature” holds special significance as a valuable national heritage and a major scientific and cultural achievement, playing a key role in the formation and development of modern Tajik literature.It was emphasized that this work not only compiled the legacy of the ancestors but also served as a bridge between generations, making a significant contribution to preserving and presenting national values. It was also noted that comprehensive study and research of this work in modern conditions remain highly important and provide a solid basis for strengthening national self-awareness and expanding regional cultural relations.
Subsequently, the Deputy Minister of Culture of the Republic of Tajikistan, Davlat Safar, Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan, Abdujabbor Rahmonzoda, along with other scholars and researchers from within the country and abroad, delivered insightful presentations on the historical, cultural, and scientific significance of “The Sample of Tajik Literature.”
It was noted that this work, as an important source for studying the history of Tajik literature and a factor in strengthening national identity, plays an effective role in the development of the spiritual culture of society. Participants also paid special attention to issues of further research on the literary heritage of ancestors, expansion of scientific cooperation, and promotion of Tajik cultural values at the international level.
At the conclusion, a number of scholars and researchers who contributed to the organization of the symposium and presented scientific reports were awarded special certificates.
THE ROLE OF INTERNATIONAL VETERANS’ ORGANIZATIONS AND SCIENTIFIC-TECHNICAL ORGANIZATIONS FOR REGULATORY AUTHORITIES IN ENSURING NUCLEAR AND RADIATION SAFETY
Today, April 15 an International scientific and practical conference on the topic “The role of international veterans’ organizations and scientific-technical organizations for regulatory authorities in ensuring nuclear and radiation safety” was held at the Regional Center for Safety, Security and Safeguards of Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Safety of the Agency for Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Safety of the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan.
The President of the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan, Academician Khushvakhtzoda Qobiljon Khushvakht, in his speech noted that today it can be stated with satisfaction that the scientific and technical potential of the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan and the Agency for Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Safety makes it possible not only to solve national-level tasks, but also to make a significant contribution to the implementation of the regional agenda.
It was emphasized that with the support of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) and development partners, a technical services laboratory and a regional center for safety, security and safeguards have been established, which provide a favorable basis for improving safety levels and strengthening sectoral infrastructure.
Further, other scientists and researchers from within the country and abroad delivered speeches, exchanging views on important issues of ensuring nuclear and radiation safety, the role of regulatory bodies, the use of advanced international experience and the implementation of the latest scientific research achievements.
The participants also emphasized the importance of strengthening scientific and technical cooperation, improving the training level of highly qualified personnel and expanding institutional relations to prevent potential risks and ensure sustainable safety.It should be noted that the event is attended by industry specialists from Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Belarus, Mongolia, Turkey, Austria, the Russian Federation, as well as international organizations such as the International Atomic Energy Agency, the World Association of Nuclear Operators, CIS base organizations for radioactive waste processing, and experts from regulatory authorities of other countries in the field of nuclear and radiation safety, both in person and online.
Within the framework of the conference, a number of researchers and industry specialists were awarded membership certificates of the International Association of Veterans of Energy and Nuclear Industry (MSVAEP), and were also honored with medals and other sectoral veteran awards for their significant contribution to the development of the nuclear and radiation safety system.
